Q & A

We have tried our best to answer some of the commonly asked questions from prospective clients.
Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any further queries not addressed below, we are more than happy to help in any way we can;

How much will the free hosting and domain name be after the 12 months?

Our standard web hosting is just £39.99 per year and for one .co.uk domain it’s an extra £10, nothing hidden.

Can you visit us to talk about our project, discuss options and still get a free quotation?

Of course we are happy to visit prospective clients though often this can just as easily be done through email and phone conversations. It is often the case than we will need time to research pricing and options, so an on the spot quotation may not be possible in all cases.

How easy will it be to contact you if and when required?

In most cases you will only deal with one person, whether they are the only designer working on your project or not. This way that individual is responsible for making sure you as the client can get answers to your questions asap.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes we will usually require a 25% deposit before starting work on any project, though this can be discussed; for instance if there is to be only a small charge it can often wait until the work has been carried out.

When is the final payment due?

We will only generate your final invoice when you are happy for us to do so. Generally this would only be once the project has been completely finished to the client satisfaction.

Which type of payment do you accept?

We happily accept cash, cheques, BACs and normal bank transfers, and Credit and Debit Card payment securely with Paypal (this may incur an additional 2.5% charge).

How many clients have your served over how long?

We have had the pleasure of working with over 100 on over 200 projects during our 8 years. Please visit our feedback page for reviews, testimonials and customer ratings.

What is the difference between a static and content managed website, and what content management software do you use?

Simply a content management system (CMS) includes a client control therefore allowing clients to self edit their own website, within the parameters discussed in the planning process. We are able to offer an affordable CMS option by using the open source WordPress software. WordPress was originally designed as an easy to use blog system but has since developed to the most  commonly used CMS platform in the world.
