Our Web Design process

Consultation and quotation. By phone and/or email
- A non-refundable deposit 25% deposit for Domain/Hosting
- Logos/text/pictures for site provided by client
- Design development
- Basic page designs produced and feedback received
- Rest of site developed and produced
- Site upload
- Once client is happy final invoice sent
- If payment not received within 21 days site will be removed
- Passwords and control panel provided to client
- Updates and further development can be arranged.
With outstanding annual invoices for Hosting and Domain registration, updates etc, please also be aware that payment is required within 21 days of invoice.
After this point we reserve the right to remove the website and until payment is received. In these cases were we have particular problems getting a response from clients there will be a charge to reinstate the website of atleast £50, depending on the lateness or difficulty in getting the invoice amount.
We can certainly be understanding with difficult situations, but simply ask that our clients are both honest and keep a clear line of communication open.
Content Ownership
The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Acknowledged Web Design until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.
